Our team has been serving the Douglas County community since 2006. Through our passion, drive, and dedication to our community, we have extended our care to include three Assisted Living homes. As residents of Castle Rock and Parker, nothing makes us happier than serving our neighbors.

Gina has more than 20 years of experience in Assisted Living, starting in California where she managed several assisted living facilities in Orange County and started Assured Companion Care, Inc., a successful private California Corporation. Gina’s experience amplifies our shared belief that seniors who are able to age in a comfortable, at-home setting, with the necessary medical support of Home Health and Hospice, are the happiest.

Jim has served as our Vice President of the Assisted Living homes for 12+ years and has offered his extensive management experience to ensure this organization continues to grow and serve the community in the best way it can. He understands the importance of nutrition for our residents, so he is an integral part of the food delivery systems we have created, and also takes the lead on our resident safety and building maintenance.

Gina A. Sepulveda has 16 years of experience as CEO and President of Castle Rock Assisted Living, LLC which currently has 3 locations. She holds an Administrator License for Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly in the State of Colorado and overseas the day –to–day operations. Gina’s experience with the elderly began while she held an Administrator’s licensed for Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly in the State of California and successfully managed several assisted livings in Orange County CA. Her professional experience with seniors also include starting up and operating Assured Companion Care, Inc., a successful private California Corporation, which provided In-Home Care services to seniors in their own homes and Skilled Nursing Communities. Gina also served on the Board for Colorado Hospice, LLC.

Gina believes strongly in allowing Seniors to age in place in the comfort of a home setting with the medical support of Home Health and Hospice.

Jim E. Sepulveda has served 16 years as Vice President of Castle Rock Assisted Living, LLC. Mr. Sepulveda has extensive experience in management while employed at UPS in California he received his B.A. in Criminal Justice from Cal State Fullerton and later pursued a Masters Degree in Organizational Management from University of Phoenix. Jim currently holds an Administrator License for Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly in the State of Colorado and also is the company’s Medicaid licensor.

Ally Martinez is our Administrator/Co-Owner at Castle Rock Assisted Living, she has over 6 years of experience in the senior community. She worked as a Care Coordinator for a Home Care agency and that’s where her love for serving the senior community really began or you might say it runs in the family being the daughter of Gina & Jim. She currently holds an Administrator’s Certification for Home care and Assisted Living with the Health Department of Colorado. She attended Colorado State University-Pueblo where she received her degree in Business Management (BSBA) and is an Alpha Sigma Alpha Alumna.

She enjoys being involved in the community and believes in the collaboration of care. She takes a hands on approach as our Administrator in our homes and our residents care. When she is not caring for our residents you can find her and her husband Mark chasing after their four year old daughter Sophia and one year old son Mason here in our town of Castle Rock.

Cassy Villarreal is an administrator at Castle Rock Assisted Living. She has worked with seniors since 2010 at Castle Rock Assisted Living as the resident manager assistant and began working for Healing Hearts Home Care in 2014 as a staffing coordinator. She currently holds an Administrator’s Certification for Home Care and Assisted Living with the Health Department of Colorado. Cassy attended Colorado State University- Pueblo where she received her degree in Psychology (BA) and is an Alpha Sigma Alpha Alumna that held a position as secretary.
